Prerequisite

This section describes the prerequisites for connecting SageDDS to Lyftrondata. To complete the prerequisites, the user must have admin access to FreeScout.

Follow the steps below to create an OAuth app and obtain the OAuthClientId, and OAuthClientSecret for the SageDDS driver setup with Lyftrondata
